Return Policy

OTJ follows the relevant regulations set forth by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and state consumer protection laws in the United States to establish our return policy. 

General Principles
OTJ will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. Merchandise returned to OTJ will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
Return merchandise must be applied within 3 days from the date of receipt and delivered within 24 hours after application.

Return not accepted
Conditions that return and exchanges will not be accepted:
1. Merchandise that was not sold by OTJ.
2. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
3. Quality problems due to abnormal use, storage and maintenance.
4. Made to Order items.
5. Return directly without contacting OTJ Customer Service Centre to register the return request.
6. Freight collect parcel.

Return Process
1. Contact your consultant for your request.
2. Match the conditions with the return policy.
3. Return merchandise in its original conditions with a note of the order number, your contact information and the reason of return.
4. Offer the courier number of returned merchandise to Customer Service Centre.
5. Merchandise returned to OTJ will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
6. Customer Service Centre will contact you to collect your payment information, and refund will arrive at the appointed account within 15 business days.
