Customized service
Before placing an order, please read the following rules carefully to avoid disagreements.
Wedding gown customization is our main service, which includes online and offline parts.
Customization Instructions
1. The production period will be 2-6 months according to your expecting date. A certain amount of urgent fee will be charged for urgent services.
2. Extra fee will be charge when there are design changes.
3. Please confirm all the details before placing an order. Once a Made to order has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund.
4. The gowns are all handmade, so 3% differences are allowed in the production.
5. 3 months overdue the delivery date on the contract, as a waiver of the ownership, Denise is allowed to dispose of the gown and no refund of the payment.
6. Feedback of quality problems should be delivered to us within 8 hours of receipt.
Customization Process
1. For placing orders online, please confirm the style and offer your measurements we request.
2. For placing orders offline, please contact us to appoint with the consultant about fitting time.
3. You will be informed to do the fitting in one of our store once the gown is ready. Free modification is offered during the fitting.
4. For those who cannot do the fitting in the store, the gown will be delivered to the appointed address. Please unpack once received do the fitting. Contact us if you have any questions.
5. We highly recommend every customer to do the fitting in our stores.
Announcements
1. We highly recommend you to make an appointment to the store and place the order 6 months in advance.
2. Due to the shooting environment, computer monitor color differences and other reasons, the look book displayed on the website is for reference only. The color and design of the gown are as per sample displayed in stores.
3. Hang and iron before the fitting.
4. We provide free size modification service once to adjust the gown to slight body shape changes.
